37+3 help!!
At my appointment last week I was one and a half cent. And 60% effaced.
Today, I've been losing lots (if not all) of my mucus plug and having contractions off and on all day.
What did you mamas do to help move things along?! I'm getting so miserable, I can't breath😭
I'll be checked again on Wednesday.
