I had Sex 3 times during fertility window one being the night before my ovulation day my last period started the 10th of January my next period wasn’t due till February 1st I started lightly spotting 4 days ago and it’s been on and off between lightly spotting and fairly heavy but not as heavy as a regular period and not enough to fill a pad or tampon the day I started barely spotting I had very mild cramping but haven’t had it sense but I’ve been having a sharp pain on the right side of my lower abdomen since along with lower back pain,

I took a test 2 days ago and it came back negative waiting to test again but the bleeding is stressing me out last night I had little clots can anyone help??
