Trigger warning alert - miscarriage discussed with a question to if the way it happened is due to a certain issue?
So today we very sadly experienced our first loss, a miscarriage at 8+1, we had previous seen a health pregnancy with a heartbeat at 6+2. I had some light brown discharge Friday and intermittently it changed from brown to light red, only ever when I wiped. Then today at half 12 I had some moderate cramps that came and went, I went for a 15 min very gentle walk and felt no pain but could feel myself bleeding slightly. When I went to the toilet to check my pad I sat on the loo and felt the baby plop out of me. No pain, no pushing I didn’t even wee. It was perfect within its sac and looked bang on for its gestation. I can’t get over how easily it fell away, with so little blood before.
Has anyone experienced this in relation to a specific problem they eventually found out they had? I expected it to be more precipitated with at least blood on the pad and clots etc. It’s like it fell out of me?
