BC Help!
Is it normal to spot randomly through birth control ? I missed 3 months of spotting and now it’s happening? I haven’t had sex for 3 weeks and I made sure he pulled out way in advance.... I have also been exercising and stressing over some things? Can that be the reason for this? Please help me!
