i would use a pad and if you’re extra heavy, put a towel underneath you.

Well blood can still go through a towel. I do pad+ towel ish thing ( it’s made for periods ) but I’ve never leaked with a pad in bed even with a heavy flow

It’s ok but that just seems like it would be crazy messy and you’d be rolling around in blood. But if you want to, go ahead, just a warning lol!

Have you tried those underwear that’s made for periods? Maybe that will work better? Personally I haven’t tried it but seems wonderful since I hate using pads and tampons hurt me after a while 🤔

I used to do both for ages. I used to get leaks once per cycle and I became so self conscious of making a mess. It got so bad mentally that I’d sleep on a towel almost every night. I came from my moms lack of comfort talking about periods
