Omg I’m in so much pain lately with my pubic bone. I’m pretty sure it’s symphysis pubis dysfunction (SPD) ... I just ordered a belly band and should get it on Friday. I’ve been trying heating pad. It hurts more that I’ve been at home resting since my work closed with a positive case. While working (I work at a daycare in the baby room) it wasn’t hurting much but now that I’m being lazy at home it is killing me. Should I call my dr or wait and try the belly band. My next appointment is the 11th.
