Abusive Boyfriend ( don't know where to post)

I'm writing this anonymously because I don't need you guys knowing who I am , but I do appreciate no bashing please. I'm 8weeks. & my Boyfriend& I got into a fight he covered my mouth , pulled my hair , choked me but was never near or hurt my stomach is there anyway it could have Hurt the baby?😕 please no bashing I seriously need all the support I can get I have no one.
