If you had a baby young; if you could go back and wait, Would you?

Thinking of having a baby and I’ll be 21 when he/she is born. I’ve wanted to be a mom all of my life and I feel like it’ll bring me so much joy, my boyfriend really really wants one as well and says he’s ready right now. But everyone keeps telling me I will regret it.
