Need advice please

So my love is 42 turning 43 in December. I’ll be 35 in July. I have two kids from previous marriage 15 and 12.

I’ve been tracking and labs for over three years. My amh is low. Progesterone super low. I got covid in June and cycles are super whack since.

He wants a child and of course I do too. It’s been something I’ve wanted for a while just didn’t have the right love in my life.

I haven’t told him ALL details about my infertility(as you know most men don’t get it). But he knows enough to know I have health struggles with immunity and also hormones.

I truly don’t want to give up but not sure how to approach him with this or just wait. Or have him checked...

I don’t want the added pressure but I know we aren’t getting younger.
