Anal fissure after sex?

So I didn't even realize this was even a thing but I somehow got an anal fissure after sex. Not even anal. Anyways, it's really uncomfortable and painful. I have a pressure in my bum like I'm constantly constipated and it burns when I go to the bathroom. Is there anything I can do to help it heal naturally or will I have to go see a doctor? Tia.

Sometimes when I have sex in the doggie position my bfs dick pushes against my anus inside and it hurts and sometimes it feels weird after. That might be what's happening and it could've happened in a different position I'd just wait it out and see if it gets better

Try a Cotten ball and put witch hazel on, place the cotton ball around your anal opening and squeeze the ball a bit to try and release some liquid into your anus. Sounds super weird but it does help. You can even put it on a qtip and gently insert the qtip if it doesn’t hurt to bad, please be careful. Also try and drink a lot more water to make your bowel movements softer and it won’t put so much strain when you use the bathroom
