Pregnancy symptom??

Question

I’ve never been pregnant before and this is my third month not preventing and first month actually trying. I’m 6 or 7 DPO and feel some light stabbing cramps in my left side and an overall achy ongoing cramp in my whole lower abdomen. Is it possible to feel anything pregnancy related this early?

It's a little early, and for many women, when we start TTC, we became aware of every single possible feeling we experience that could be a symptom of pregnancy. It's hard not to.

you most likely haven’t even had implantation occurs yet. its too early for pregnancy symptoms.

Blastocysts are too tiny to displace enough tissue to cause any pain/cramping or any noticeable bleeding during the implantation process. If a women experiences cramping, its merely hormonal shifts causing it. Namely progesterone.  Any symptoms your experiencing right now are normal and not usually pregnancy related as its too early.
