Okay so my son was crying pretty hard when I was driving but I couldn’t pull over right away an an hour or so when we got home I notice a red spot in eye did anyone else bby experience this or should I got to the emergency room

Looks like a subconjunctival hemorrhage likely from just crying and straining. The eye will obsorb it, nothing to be done but keep an eye on baby and see a doctor if it doesn't get better

Looks like a burst blood vessel. I get it when I cry too hard. My kids have had it too. It goes away.

My son was born with one on his eye from birth, hes almost 5 years old and his went away within a few weeks

I’d just keep an eye on it. I had that appear as a kid and now I’m 30 and still have it. One eye doctor told me it was a burst blood vessel. Another told me it was a freckle 🤷🏼‍♀️ hasn’t had any affect on my eye sight though either way. 
If you see it getting bigger though, I’d definitely contact doctor. Or, if your pediatrician is like mine- just email them a picture to see if it’s cause for concern.
