So question for those that have been TTC for over a year now. How do you deal with not getting upset or feeling jealous when you find out others around you getting pregnant especially when they weren’t trying to??

My husband and I have been trying for over a year now and I keep finding myself being upset or jealous when we find out someone we know or even close to is pregnant especially when my sister told me she is possibly pregnant and she has known my husband and I have been trying for the last year.. any advice would be appreciated.
