Hi mummas

I am really confused as my son had a fall today at day care and I saw the wound on both of his knees when I went to pick him up.And when I asked the educators they said noone saw him falling.I was so upset about anyone not taking the responsibility.i know kids have incidents and its hard to keep an eye on everyone but atleast they should notify me or fill the incident form.He hasn't stepped up from the couch today since he is back.

Please suggest me what action should I take?I have heard that educators dont behave good to the kids whose parents complain.I so much want to raise this issue to the centre director but scared at the same time as they might misbehave my innocent son.Please suggest me if anyone has gone through the situation like this .
