Congratulations! Yes up to 200mg a day and if you were working out before you got pregnant then you can continue but I would look up pregnancy sade exercises. Are you doing beach body? I know they have pregnancy safe workouts on it.

Idk what Shawn T is but I kept working out with my last pregnancy.  I just did elliptical and walking tho.   I think they just say to avoid a lot of jumping around or things that can risk you falling?

Congrats! I have been doing T25 for a long time and I really like it because you can easily modify to make it low impact. If you have been active before then it should be safe to continue that level of exercise. As far as caffeine goes you can still have a bit, but be mindful of how much you are truly consuming.

Congratulations! Yes you can have caffeine i think up to 2 cups i forget the exact amount. 
It's  a necessity for me. I too am pregnant  with  baby number 3!
