Newborn acne or ??

Hello , i gave birth 24 day ago , and since day 19 pimples started to show up on my babies cheeks specially this side . Do anyone know what this is ?

If its on the side that rubs on your clothes the most when feeding/holding could be your perfume /detergent... happend with my daughter even the lightest scent would make her break out until notice it was that and used the same baby detergent for everyone in house and no perfume on us until alil older and it went away! Just baby acne.  Keep it clean and dry and it’ll clear up on its own xx
