Very tmi, big clot passed

Hello, I have just been to the toilet as I could feel something in my pants, and I have just passed this clot. I am waiting for a call back from my doctor but I need some advice now as I am panicking. I have been bleeding for a 6 weeks now and passed this. Any help is really appreciated! X
