my period blood has been grainy-looking lately. it’s bright red and looks like a bunch of little coffee grounds. is this normal? should i be worried?

Answer

I've had that a few times, but that happened after my IUD was implanted. When I told my doctor about it, she said it was normal and not to worry about it. But if you are worried, definitely make an appointment with your OB/GYN. I know its hard to get appointments right now, but it doesn't hurt to try! And make sure to log it so you can go back on it!
