I had a uterine polyp removed Jan 18, I’ve also been on birth control as part of my protocol for my FET later this month. I went off the BC Friday and my

nurse said it’s normal to have a period. I’ve still been spotting ever since the polyp was removed two weeks ago which is to be expected. But this morning I woke up with really intense cramps and a tightness all around my tummy. The bleeding seems to be getting heavier. I’ve also been doing Lupron injections for the last week. Is it normal to have an intense period following a polypectomy or is it due to all of the hormone changes? I have a follow up with my OB tomorrow so I don’t feel like I’m in any danger, I plan to discuss all of this with him then. Just curious what your experience has been?
