Ok so long story short, I’m on the pill (Lo Lestrin FE), haven’t missed a day, etc etc. Right before I started the pill in september, my periods started coming twice a month. (pic for clarity, my regular cycle is the end of the month into the beginning of the next month, typically was 5-7 days long, heavy and red blood). Now here’s where it gets confusing snd scary. If you have any idea what could be happening please lmk!! (more is said after first pic)

the second “period” i’ve been getting every month could be red for a day, but then just be dark brown for the rest of the time i have it, which could be 4-9 days. I am sexually active, do not use a condom every time, because I trust the 99% enough. (please for the love of everything, do not come in here educating me about how I need to be using one even if I’m on the pill- I am old enough to make my own decisions.) We are both clean with no history of sexual infections or diseases. Anyways, he always pulls out regardless bc I hate cleaning myself out if you understand. A couple days after the last time I had sex (1/18, the “period” started 1/23), i noticed myself getting extreme cramps and back pain, which I haven’t gotten since before I was on the pill. I was bleeding dark brown, it was heavy, I was surprised bc it was too early to be my regular cycle, however too late for my “other” period bc I thought I had already had that from 1/11-1/16. It’s now February 1st and I thought it ended on the 29th, but clearly I was wrong bc I’m still bleeding.

The only thing is though, after the first three days of heavy brown blood, the blood turned light brown and is almost entirely different from period blood. (TMI) it’s like almost creamy? or milky? super viscous and I would say it was just me being wet, but it’s light brown???? It almost is like the lube with the little particles in it that they use during pap smears. I have no symptoms other than that. Anyways, I looked it up and of course, the first three things to pop up were pregnancy, miscarriage, and menstruation. Could I be pregnant??? Is this even something that happens during pregnancy?? I highly doubt it’s a miscarriage because there is little to no new blood and it comes out in small spurts and there is no pain. I included a picture below to help? A lot more normally comes out but i didn’t get a picture of that because 1) i wasn’t thinking about it 2) I don’t want to disgust anybody more than necessary. Please if you know what this is sos🥺 I’m literally freaking out bc I don’t know if it’s just (even more irregular) irregularity, a health issue, pregnancy, etc????
