So I went to the doctor on the 21st, she said I was exactly 6 weeks and that I ovulated from both ovaries and only one egg fertilized. I started spotting last Thursday, it was light pink and ONLY when I peed. I had a little more blood yesterday but not a lot so I went to the er and they said that my levels were only around 6000 and that my baby’s heart stopped beating at 5 weeks 5 days. I bled some yesterday, again ONLY when I peed. It was more like red discharge, no blood in my panties or anything. I had maybe 3 small clots and that’s it. I’ve had NO cramps AT ALL. I’ve also been wearing a pad since 6 pm yesterday and there’s no blood in it, I do still have a little blood when I pee but that’s it. I’m so confused, I don’t feel like I’m miscarrying... but I’ve never been through this to know what it’s like... anyone have advice?
