I need advice

My best friend recently lost her baby and found out she possibly can’t have any more children. My heart is broken for her and I just found out that I am pregnant with my second. My heart is breaking on how to tel her I’m pregnant because look how hard it is for her. How should I tell her?

I’m don’t think she’ll be mad or anything like that. I just want to protect her feelings if that’s understandable?
