So my partner (father of my children) has taken my car keys (car is under his name we’re not married) bc on Friday I accidentally backed into an old car he had parked in my blind spot which he’s never driven in the past 6yrs... even the cameras didn’t pick up...

So now he’s like Uber it! I’ve never had an accident in my lives I’ve got no speeding tickets and here I sit I can’t drive the kids to school I can’t go grocery shopping nothing is this something someone can do?? He won’t talk to me he’s like you owe me 40k while the car is on a lease...
