VBAC questions?!

Hey mommas, I was hoping to hear from some of you who have had experience with a successful or attempt at a VBAC? 
My first was vaginal and my second was a c-section and I’m really hoping to try for vaginal this time around. My dr says I’m a good candidate for it but I can’t help but feel nervous about the whole uterine rupture stuff 😅

My first was breech and water broke so went in for the csection. Easy recovery no issues. My second after talking with my doctor and doing my own research I decided that I wanted to VBAC and I was a great candidate for one. I saw a chiropractor religiously drank red raspberry leaf tea at the end and walk everyday. My water broke at 38w2d days contractions started about an hour later and baby boy came 6.5 hours after my water broke. Got an epidural and Only pushed for 15 mins. Had a second degree tear. It was amazing! I couldn’t have asked for a better labor and delivery. I am due in May with my 3rd and going for another vbac! The recovery was so much better and just a much more intimate experience. I think talking with your dr and doing some research is important. Having a supportive dr is huge and repeat csections have their own list of risks. Good luck and congratulations!!

I don’t have vbac experience, but I just read this experience from a mother on Reddit. I think most stories on this app tend to be positive/successful, and negative experiences are not shared as frequently. I’m not trying to fear monger, however, there’s always risk with a vbac even if you are a good candidate. 
I’m sure there is a vbac sub somewhere on Reddit where you could read more experiences.

I have zero personal advice but my best friend had an emergency c-section with her first baby and then had 2 successful VBACS.
