Anyone else have butt pain/back hip pain??

This is my second pregnancy I’m 31 weeks and whenever I lay down at night I have such bad back hip pain, in my butt cheek area almost. It’s in both sides and I switch sides frequently because it hurts and it honestly doesn’t go away. This first happened probably 6 weeks ago so I ordered a pregnancy pillow for the first time. Well the pain went away but the past couple weeks it’s back again and hurts so bad. Is this normal? Is there anything I can do to help it?
