Visitation after birth

So, my husband & I have been wondering how to handle our friends & family coming by to see our son once we come home. I've been told we're not aloud to have any visitors while in the hospital, thanks COVID.. I'm only aloud to have my support person, who will my husband.

How have you ladies handled things in your home with others coming over to visit & see your baby? How long, if at all, did you wait till you had people come by? Were there any precautions you took like having to wear a mask, gloves, both, or none at all?
