Needing some advice ......

So AF is suppose to have come already .... tomorrow is Cycle day 28 . No sign .Negative Test on 1/31 . I have been extremely tired , had heartburn a few days . And had a hand full of pink blood today after Sex .

I did have a MC @ 5wks last October . But my cycles have been 23 days since then.
