Baby not pooping!
Is it normal for baby to not have a dirty diaper on day 4? The hospital said she should have 4 wet 4 dirty on day 4. We're great on the wet diapers but it's been over 24 hours since her last bowel movement. She's mostly breastfed with a few supplemented formula bottles but now that my milk is coming in, back to just breast. Should I be concerned? I'm getting conflicting answers on different websites.
