I had my first and only frozen embryo transfer 20 hours ago. A very tinny and sweet and messy looking day 5 2bb blastocyst. I know cramping was to be expected, I did take anti spastic medication to prevent uterine contractions for this exact reason. However, half an hour ago I did experience two rounds of very short and very intense sharp stabbing pain in me lower abdomen that left me out of breath and scarred the life out of me.

Any ideas? I am really trying not to call my doctor since I do realize how ridiculous it would be .

Cramping seems one thing, this seems like something else entirely. Maybe something like the most painful gas pain to have ever existed, without the gas. I don't even know how to explain it.
