I just finished a 10 day course of progestin. I was supposed to take this Inofolic at the same time, but unfortunately the pharmacy here had to order it in & it has only arrived today.

This box has enough sachets for a whole cycle. I have been waiting for my period for almost 3 months, it should arrive now I’m withdrawing from progestin.

So I’m wondering if I should just go ahead and start taking the Inofolic now & throughout the next cycle - despite the fact I won’t be taking progestin. Any advice ?
