Period 5 days late but negative test?

I’m almost 9 months pp, not breastfeeding & not on birth control. My period is now 5 days late but I took a test 2 days ago and it was negative. Has anyone else experienced this?

This is literally me lol. I am 5 days late today. Multiple Negative tests.  I am 12 months post partum and not on BC.

Take another test. If its still negative you're likely not pregnant & just skipping a period.

Hiya, I’m still breastfeeding & didn’t get my period for 2 months after I got it twice and thought I was pregnant but I wasn’t 😭😭 . I think your body is getting itself back to normal. It’s quite common. If you think you are pregnant maybe wait a couple more days& take another test. Wish you the best of luck for xxx

Yes, many times. Always caused by delayed ovulation for me.
