Need breastfeeding/pumping guidance
My newborn is 5 days old and my milk has officially come in. I've been nursing her about every 3 hours and alternating breasts each time. Now that my milk has come in, I feel like I have no idea where to even start. When do I pump vs when to breastfeed? Both breasts vs one at a time. I'm just feeling lost right now with some sore, engorged breasts. Any advice would be amazing.
