Has anyone had spotting in this pregnancy or previous ones and it stopped?

With my daughter I spotted (sometimes heavy) the entire first trimester. 
With my son, no spotting at all
With this one, no spotting so far and I’m about 5 weeks

My friend bled her entire first trimester  You just need to get in contact with your Dr so they can make sure it’s nothing serious.

Bleeding in pregnancy should prompt a call to your doctor. While spotting during pregnancy (especially early pregnancy) is common and isn’t always an indicator that something is wrong, it’s not a good sign in general. 
My previous pregnancy, I started spotting for an hour or two and then it got heavy after that. I had an early miscarriage. This pregnancy (roughly 5 weeks now) I’ve had absolutely zero spotting. My doctor wants to make sure my progesterone levels are where they need to be because of that previous miscarriage. If you’re spotting, your doctor will likely want to check your progesterone levels to make sure you’re not at risk for miscarriage.
