My job already looking for my replacement, im only 17 weeks...

Its so weird that I’m feeling scared. They told me they posted for my replacement since it does take a couple of months to be comfortable in the position and they want me to train her since im the only one who knows how the system works.

Is it weird they are doing it so soon? I still have a long way to go in this pregnancy. I dont plan on take my one year mat leave until July.

Any body felt this way before?
