I have pcos and he cant get his sperm analysis until after the consult. Can someone point me in the right direction? We are 25 if that helps and we're looking to get <a href="https://glowing.com/glow-fertility-program">iui</a> if we can or <a href="https://glowing.com/glow-fertility-program">ivf</a> if we have to. The clinic has a suggested list of vitamins we should take but I really don't want to spend almost $300 on vitamins
