Okay, I have anovulatory cycles and high testosterone resulting in pcos.

It took us 2 years prior to pcos diagnosis to get pregnant. I had to use clomid and an HSG to get pregnant. (Got pregnant that cycle)

Now I’m on month 5, last cycle I used letrozole and didn’t ovulate. Ive had 3 cycles since October 2nd. Last cycle I had positive ovulation tests and spotting the day of what I thought was ovulation but blood work said I didn’t ovulate.

So we moved to clomid since I had success on it before. My doctor recommended I use mucinex to help in case I ovulate this month. But she didn’t say when to use them and she’s out of town till after what would be my ovulation day.

When should I start taking it? I’m on cycle day 12, my opks are negative right now, I did clomid cd 4-8, and I have some cramping going on.
