Confused HELP 🥴

Me and bf bd 4 days ago and I had took an ovulation test and I was close to ovulating. Yesterday I had some cramping on the left side of my stomach and today I felt a pulling sensation near my groin on the left side . Did I just ovulate? And if I did his sperm from 4 days ago could it get me pregnant
