How much water do you drink each day?

I’m averaging a gallon or more a day. I’m super thirsty when I’m not pregnant, but now it’s crazy.

I go between 75-100 and less than 75 but that’s because I drink a lot of other things like the Ice drinks that are sparkling water with flavor and vitamins, milk, protein shakes with oat milk, and OJ or other juice. Still getting lots of fluids.

I think the water intake thing is a bit misleading. If you’re eating tons of fresh fruit and veggies, salads, soups, beans  (basically a more plant based diet) you’re getting about a quarter of the water you need from food. 
If you’re eating tons of meat or processed dried carbs then you need a ton more water to make up for it! 
And I don’t know if that standard 80oz of water when your pregnant recommendation assumes the sort of typical American diet of too much meat not enough fresh produce. 
Anyway I get about 80-100oz.

I drink about 5 water bottles a day, which is about 100oz. Then also drink hot tea, milk and other beverages in addition to the water.
