Hello ladies,

I was wondering if any of you had super sensitive nipples, feeling your breast a bit hot at times and breast just hurting more than usual days before period is due.

I have been cramping but not like usual when I’m cramping before I get my period.

I have been feeling super exhausted as well. Not sure if it’s because of work or something else. I’ve also experienced hot flashes something I’ve never had before.

My question is if any of that is normal before period? I’ve never experienced it that’s why I ask.
