Is it possible that your baby knows?

You guys think its possible that your baby knows your pregnant before you do? 
My 1 year old has been very very clingy the last few days and he never is. All he wants me to do his hold him and he cries as soon as I leave the room. I've took a few pregnancy test and they all have come back negative but I've been feeling so off here lately.  I was just curious if he could know something is going on with mommy! ..

Yes, my 4 year old  saw me scratching  my stomach abd she goes is your belly growing because you  have my baby brother  in there. At the time  I had no idea I was pregnant. I tested  4 days later and I was indeed pregnant. I'm  5w5d with  baby number  3. Obviously  we have no idea about gender but she knew before I  did. My 21 not so much she was off doing her own thing and shes always  pretty clingy so it's  nothing out of character  for her! 🤞🤞
