Have no idea what this means..

So tmi I know..

I’m a week away from my period and spotted alittle bit. I’m so confused cause this has never happened before. I had alittle bit of cramping but it was too bad. Has anyone else had this? Idk what it is..

That's normal even if uoy r never noticed before. Spotting and cramping before a period is normal and nothing to really worry about.

Could be implantation bleeding. Some people get that.
