vagina pain when i’m dehydrated?

my vagina hurts when i’m dehydrated... i can’t explain or describe what it feels like but it’s just uncomfortable. is that normal? also, when i have this feeling, it burns when i pee. when i drink a lot of water it goes away. any explanations?? plz help!!
