Help!

Im freeking out abit, i have been feeling warmer than usual today especially my face, i dont know if its pregnancy or possible Covid symptoms, i do have a bit of a cough but it has yellow mucus and really i have had this cough on and off since November, i also have this bad headache, ear pain & my nose feels full, i dont know if this is just a cold or if its possible Covid, im waiting for a home test to arrive but im freeking out, i dont know if its harmfull to my baby, has anyone else had symptoms like this before??

(I have had a test done last week Thursday and it came back negative)
