What do I do with the ring??

Long story short dated a guy who did a half ass proposal cuz he ended up cheating. He gave me a ring probs worth $200. It has white sapphire center and diamonds on the side it’s pretty but I feel weird still having it. Im currently engaged to marry in 100 days or less and pinched for cash as we’ve also just bought a house. Do I sell it for like $100 some or hold onto it?? I see no reason to return it to him but idk should I?
