First month ttc, weird temperature

This is our first month ttc and I had my nexplanon removed on the 11th. I am not great with the bbt, but really trying. My normal temp is usually 98.3-98.6 and now it's sitting at 99+ I'd really love some insight on this. I have felt headaches and fatigue almost everyday now since getting it removed. I took a pregnancy test to rule out pregnancy, so I'm really confused 😫 thank you in advance! 😊
