Stoping breastfeeding help
How do u stop breastfeeding and keep ur boobs from getting engorged ? I pump twice a day and have stopped feeding him directly from them but still wake up with them all hard and lumpy. Any advice ? (Please no mean comments , the guilt I have from stopping is still strong but mentally it’s not for me) also my baby has a hard time latching and gets mad and yes I saw multiple lactation specialists and midwifes
