How long is it supposed to last and how do you know if you have spotting or not I mean I just have light red but I’m not sure if I’m just finally get my cycle or if it’s spotting I feel lightheaded and dizzy and a little bit nauseous I am three days late so I don’t know and I’m hoping y’all can help me
