Letrozole without Trigger Shot?

Has anyone been on Letrozole but not the trigger shot? What were your results? Does it work without the trigger shot?

I have been taking Letrozole for the past 4 months now (no trigger shot). I’m getting positive OPK’s and I wasn’t before taking Letrozole but no luck yet conceiving.

Yes. My first iui. I did get pregnant but resulted in an ectopic.
