Evening primrose oil question!
This might be a stupid question but for the evening primrose oil, do you guys insert the whole gel pill in? Or open pop it and put the oil in?
The stupid question I have is... if you’re already dilated (I’m a 2) it wouldn’t go up into my cervix & get lost would it??🤦🏽♀️
