HELP!!

So usually whenever I start my period my boobs get sore but this time my whole boobs are sore even down to the nipple, do you other girls feel like this sometimes? The last time I did anything was was a week ago and on the 6th is going to be 2 weeks, I took a pregnancy test today but it came back negative, was it maybe to early to take the test or am I just overreacting? According to Flo I’m not supposed to start until the 16th I forgot when Glow says I am supposed to start.
